SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in development of high-speed information transmission systems, multiple access systems and other radioelectronic systems and facilities using complex signals with high noise immunity and stealthiness of transmission. Technical result of the claimed technical solution is achieved by forming a stack of several time windows shifted relative to each other by the duration of one time window, wherein one stack time cycle covers the average pulse repetition period of the ultra-wideband clock signal, based on the results of comparing the energy count values in the previous and subsequent stack time windows, performing their weight processing.

EFFECT: high rate of estimating the value and the sign of the delay of the ultra-wideband clock signal, as well as shorter time for entry into synchronism.
