SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for processing short-pulse ultra-wideband signals at a receiving side. Device includes (n-5) controlled generators of time windows (1), multiplexer (2), synchronization unit (3), controlled switch for three positions (4), first (5.1) and second (5.2) controlled switches into two positions and demultiplexer (6). Apparatus provides an algorithm for processing a detected sequence of a pulse mix of pulses of a clock signal with channel noise, in which the found weights are used; as well as enabling increase in probability-time characteristics of systems and means using signals which are based on UWB, by keeping synchronism state between receiving and transmitting parts of radio lines during radio exchange and using dynamic energy threshold.

EFFECT: reduced time of entry into synchronism without use of correlators or matched filters due to exchange of hardware complication by speed, simplicity and accuracy of processing.
