SUBSTANCE: invention relates to controlling aircraft airflow. Throttle recovery valve (200) comprises flow control element (216) having first aerodynamic surface (230) and second aerodynamic surface (246), which form at least a portion of fluid flow channel between inlet opening (204) and outlet (208) of exhaust valve (200) of thrust restoration. First section (422) of the first aerodynamic surface (230) and first section (434) of the second aerodynamic surface (246) form a converging profile between inlet opening (204) and neck (408) of the fluid flow channel. Second section of the first aerodynamic surface (230) and the second section of the second aerodynamic surface (246) form a divergent profile between neck (408) and outlet opening (208) of the fluid flow channel. Fluid flow channel is located at a small angle relative to aircraft outer surface (412) to enable creation of fluid medium, coming out of fluid medium flow channel, thrust restoration vector (416) oriented substantially parallel to outer surface (412) of aircraft and in direction opposite to aerodynamic resistance.
EFFECT: aircraft thrust recovery is achieved.
