Waterproof structure for solar batteries panels includes several support elements arranged along first direction (Y), and at least one first gutter, several intermediate elements arranged on support elements arranged along second direction (X), and a second gutter, a plurality of solar batteries panels, a plurality of first waterproof fixtures, a plurality of second watertight fixtures and a plurality of fixture elements; wherein several support elements and several intermediate elements form several mounting sections of the matrix structure for arrangement and installation of modules of solar batteries panels; wherein several first waterproof fixing elements are arranged on several intermediate elements, and several second waterproof fixing elements are arranged on several support elements.
