FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: building comprises four sections combined into a single block divided into a residential space, a basement space with equipment installed there to treat rain and return water, to accumulate and supply power produced from solar batteries installed on surfaces of a solar power plant to sources of consumption. Collection of rain water is carried out by means of a combined solar power plant, which also includes a system to store cleaned water, water designed for fire extinguishing, and also performing water heating by means of inbuilt solar collectors. The power plant is also equipped with an exhaust ventilation channel. Structurally the house consists of a row of typical elements, providing for fast assembly and putting into operation, and also possibility to transform it to solve different architectural and planning tasks.

EFFECT: invention provides for environmentally favourable environment of building power supply, its higher energy efficiency.
