FIELD: radio engineering; electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics. Expansion of functional capabilities is achieved due to possibility of separation of radioelectronic unit into packages and their universal and rigid attachment to support surface by any free side, which allows for each specific task to perform flexible assembly, arrangement and attachment of a radioelectronic unit, which can consist of packets with grouped and unit functional cells. Higher reliability is achieved due to rigid attachment of the radioelectronic unit to the support surface, increased rigidity of the metal frame of the functional cell of the radioelectronic unit, which is achieved due to introduction of internal stiffness ribs, or heat-conducting base, simultaneously used for fastening of printing unit. Heat-conducting base further improves reliability due to removal of excess heat from heating radio elements. Improved reliability is also achieved by excluding intra-instrument wire mounting with additional solder points by soldering the external electrical connector to the printed circuit board directly. Improved reliability is also achieved by possibility of using standard covers as electrostatic screens for protection of neighboring printed units of functional cells of the unit assembled into a packet from pickup. Diminishing of dimensions is achieved due to elimination of intra-instrument wiring and additional volume occupied by it owing to soldering of external electric connector directly to printed circuit board and alignment of elements of rigid attachment of radioelectronic unit to surface of support in frame structure of cells.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities, high reliability and reduced dimensions.
