FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in devices for receiving analogue information signals with phase modulation and for separation (measurement) of phase shift, received and reference signals in systems of phase synchronization. Technical result is achieved by the fact that digital phase detector containing analogue-to-digital converter, multi-bit codes shift register by four counts, first and second n-cascade channels of quadrature signal processing and clock pulse generator (CPG), additionally comprises a normalizing device, a digital arctangent former and a phase correction unit, at output of which binary code of phase shift of received signal is generated relative to CPG pulses.
EFFECT: providing high-speed digital phase detection of a received signal with high noise immunity and eliminating non-identity of quadrature signal processing channels.
