FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular, to machines for sowing seeds of agricultural crops. Said pneumatic sowing device comprises hopper 10, housing 1 with seed chamber, groove 8 and transport channel 7, vertical sowing disk with dosing elements 4 having holes and ledges 5 made from elastic material, excess pressure nozzle, shaft to drive sowing rotation disc. At the same time projections on the side of seed chamber are made in the form of ball segment, flat base of which is attached to surface of sowing disk. Diameter of the base of the protrusion Dp and the height of the protrusion hsph is not less than the maximum dimensions of seeds of the sown crop, and the radius of the spherical surface of the protrusion Rsph is determined from the dependence , where Dp is the diameter of the base of the sowing disk protrusion, kch and kp are the sliding friction coefficients of the seed relative to the surface of the transport channel and the surface of the protrusion, respectively; ds is conditional diameter of sown crop seed; R is radius of concentric circle of dosing elements and projections.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to prevent jamming and to reduce damage of seeds, as well as to improve quality of their dosing by a seeder due to improved efficiency of release and removal of excess seeds.
