FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: machines for sowing crop seeds. Pneumatic sowing device contains a sealed hopper, a housing with a drive shaft, a combined seed and pneumatic chamber in the housing between two seeding discs installed on both sides of the drive shaft, an overpressure pipe and two intake devices. Inside the housing, in its upper part, at each sowing disc in the area between the hopper attachment and the intake device, there are two adjustable extra seed ejectors - peripheral and internal. Extra seed ejectors are placed with radial angular displacement relative to each other. The radius of location of the peripheral ejector of excess seeds is greater than the radius of the circumference of the location of the dosing elements, and the inner one is smaller. In this case, the peripheral and internal ejectors of excess seeds have electric drives connected to the processor device, to which sensors are connected, installed at the drive shaft of the sowing machine and on each intake device from the outer part of the housing.
EFFECT: improving the quality of seed dosing due to the qualitative removal of excess seeds from the dosing elements, as well as enhancing the ergonomics of the device through the use of an automatic mode for removing excess seeds from the dosing elements.
