FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assembly of component or unit of vehicle seat. In particular, the hinged backrest unit for easy entry is assembled using one basic appliance during final assembly. Method of assembly of vehicle seat unit includes several stages. First bracket and the second bracket are positioned on the base fixture. With first and second brackets on base device, first and second pins are welded in corresponding holes in first bracket. Leveling plate is arranged in a predetermined position on the second bracket, using auxiliary accessory, engaged with first and second pins. Then the leveling plate is welded to the second bracket.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of assembly during use.
