FIELD: vehicle equipment and accessories.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a vehicle seat assembly. Vehicle seat assembly comprises a lower part and an upper part of a seat back, an arcuate back support beam, a support frame and a swivel assembly. Upper part of the seat back is rotatably mounted on the lower part of the seat back on a pivot axis. Beam is configured for rotation of the upper part of the seat back between front and rear positions. Beam contains first and second substantially longitudinal linear members and an arcuate intermediate portion. Support frame is operably connected to the beam and forms upper and lower central recesses and has connecting members on its front side. Swivel assembly operably connects the lower part of the seat back to the upper part of the seat back.
EFFECT: higher reliability of maintaining the passenger's back in a vertical sitting position and various inclined positions.
