SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas processing industry. Described is a method for catalytic hydroforming of residues of gas condensates and light oils with low content of metals, resins and asphaltenes on stationary layers of catalysts, involving stages of hydrogenation desulphurisation, stabilization of hydrogenated, returning a portion of the product of the process to mixing with the feedstock and mixing the light fraction obtained with stabilization with the hydrogenated product, in which the hydrodesulphurisation step is carried out in a reactor on two stationary layers of catalysts, wherein in the first layer along the raw material feed the alumina-nickel-molybdenum catalyst with specific surface area of not less than 50 m2/g, with pores fraction of radius of 10–15 nm of not less than 60 % of the total volume of pores, with a fraction of the free volume of the catalyst layer of not less than 50 %; in the second layer along the feedstock, an aluminum-cobalt molybdenum catalyst with specific surface area of not less than 250 m2/g, with pores of radius of 5–9 nm of not less than 65 % of the total volume of pores, with a fraction of the free volume of the catalyst layer of not less than 30 %, at layers ratio of (60÷80):(20÷40) % of volume; wherein 20–45 wt% is directed for mixing with the raw material. hydrogenated, and the main amount of the stable hydrogenated is mixed with the light hydrocarbon fraction obtained after stabilization and the obtained mixture is discharged as ship fuel.
EFFECT: obtaining marine fuel with sulfur content less than ½ wt%.
