FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, namely to design of helicopter designed for round-the-clock combat missions, mainly to multilayer materials for facing panels of cockpit of helicopter crew. Multilayer composite material comprises an outer layer facing the interior of the cabin, made from natural leather, an inner layer facing the fuselage, made from fabric, a structural layer arranged between them and made from foamed polyurethane. Structural layer is connected to the outer layer on one side and the inner layer on the other side by means of adhesive layers, mainly from polyurethane adhesive. Material obtained by gluing the layers is additionally stitched through the seam according to the preset pattern. Due to multifunctionality of material providing noise absorption, reduced vibration, camouflage of glare surfaces of equipment and equipment located in cockpit, resistance to environment, meeting ergonomic and aesthetic requirements of helicopter crew and creating comfortable conditions for flight crew during flights.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create multifunctional material for facing panels, having antiglare surface, high decorative properties, as well as resistance to external environment and mushroom resistance.
