FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment, in particular to devices for attachment of relays on test bench and can be used for testing of relays on vibrating and shock tables. Resonance-free device for attachment of relays to vibration test bench and impact bench comprises cube-shaped fixture for mounting ten relays, device for fixing a cube on a bench, wherein the device in the form of a cube is made of four elements: a smaller cube, a large plate, a middle plate and a small plate, at that, in small and medium plates there are three recesses, and in large plate four recesses for arrangement of relay, wherein thickness of plates is equal and slightly larger than height of relay, plates with installed in recesses of relay are fixed by side with recesses to three adjacent faces of cube of smaller size, note here that every plate is secured to smaller size cube faces by four pins. Stud bolts are inserted into holes at plate corners. Nuts are screwed on top of washers to press plate rigidly to smaller-sized cube face.
EFFECT: technical result consists in exclusion of resonance of proposed device, elimination of possible mechanical failure of relay during test, in reduction of time and labor costs during their testing.
