FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of rubber articles, particularly, to production of vacuum branch pipes used in ship pipelines for transportation of liquid oil media operating under pressure and vacuum in inner cavity or only in case of vacuum in inner cavity. Design of vacuum branch pipe is made in the form of two bead rings with opposite cord loops, flat vacuum rings and circumferential rubber ledges. In the branch pipe design different-purpose rubbers are used: for the covering layer and circumferential rubber ledges – rubber based on rubber of general purpose, for the sealing layer – oil-resistant rubber.

EFFECT: design of a vacuum branch pipe for pumping oil media with high reliability of the onboard zone in vacuum conditions.
