FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning means with simultaneous mixing in slot filtration elements and can be used in car-and-tractor engine feed system. Filter-mixer comprises housing 1 with inlet channels 2, 3, sleeve 4. Through hollow center 5 of sleeve 4 hollow axis 6 is passed with outlet channel 7 and radial holes 8. Filter element 9 in the form of pack of plates 10 is installed on hollow axis 6. Bottom end of pack of plates rests on spring 11, and upper end is connected with shaped bushing 12. Rod 13 of electromagnet 14 is screwed into upper end of shaped bushing 12. Electromagnet 14 is electrically connected with program control unit 15 equipped with frequency controllers 16 and pulse duration 17, which creates reciprocal movements of pack of plates. In bottom of sleeve there is branch pipe 18 tightly closed by detachable plug 19. Between bottom 5 of sleeve 4 and lower end of spring 11 on axis 6 there fixed is conical circular baffle 20 with slope by angle of at least 10 degrees towards sleeve bottom with formation of annular channel between them. Filter-mixer comprises mechanical impurities concentration sensor installed in mixed diesel fuel outlet channel and connected to corresponding input of program control unit, corresponding output of which is connected to additionally introduced indicator of filling with mechanical admixtures of cavity under baffle, outer surface of which is connected to lower end of spring.

EFFECT: higher quality of diesel mixed fuel cleaning.
