FIELD: engine filters.

SUBSTANCE: cleaning means with simultaneous mixing of various components in slotted filter elements used in the power supply system of automotive engines. An automated system for controlling the operation of a two-component fuel filter-mixer contains a filter-mixer housing 1 with input channels 2, 3 of components. Through the bottom 5 of the glass 4 along the central axis of the body 1 there is a hollow axis 6 with an output channel 7 of the target product and inlet radial channels 8 along its height for the target product, on which the filter element 9 is installed. A rod 13 of an electromagnet 14 is screwed into the upper end of the shaped bushing 12, fixed on the outer surface of the housing 1 of the filter mixer and electrically connected to the electronic unit 15 for controlling the frequency and duration of voltage pulse in the circuit of electromagnet 14. The density sensor 16 of the cleaned mixed fuel is installed in the output channel 7 of the target product. Sensors 17, 18 of the density of each component are installed in the input channels 2, 3 of components. A controlled damper 20 is installed on the input channel 2 for supplying the first component, and another damper 21 is installed on the input channel 3 for supplying the second component.

EFFECT: improving the quality of mixed fuel by creating conditions for accounting the density of the initial mixed components, according to which the frequency and duration of the pulse affecting the vibration of the filter element is adjusted, achieving a given ratio of components and density of the target product.
