FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of new structured hybrid nanocomposite magnetic materials based on electroactive polymers. Hybrid nanocomposite magnetic material includes a polymer matrix – polydiphenylamine (PDPA) and iron (Fe) and cobalt (Co) metal nanoparticles dispersed therein, with total content of Co-Fe nanoparticles in material of 2–45 wt% of weight of polymer matrix. Method of producing a hybrid nanocomposite magnetic material involves IR heating of a precursor. Precursor is obtained by combined dissolution of polydiphenylamine (PDPA) and cobalt and iron salts in an organic solvent with subsequent removal of solvent at 60–85 °C. Infrared heating is carried out in an argon atmosphere at temperature of 400–600 °C for 2–10 minutes.
EFFECT: higher magnetisation of saturation, heat resistance, simplified production of hybrid nanocomposite magnetic material.
