FIELD: printing industry.
SUBSTANCE: handwritten information carrier has a writing unit, front and back covers, as well as a substrate. Said unit is jointed to said substrate by annular or spring-loaded binding. Opposite end of the substrate is annular or spring-bound with the front and back covers. Upper ends of the covers are made with perforated rows of holes connected by slots with their edges. Cover is made solid, for example, from cardboard or plastic.
EFFECT: invention can be used to record information in various operating conditions.
