SUBSTANCE: folder has cover, rod connected to a number of rings, releasing member for substantially simultaneously opening all folder rings. At least part of the cover may create a flat structure having one edge located adjacent to file rings when the cover is installed in opened position and lays on horizontal surface. Inner ring diameter exceeds flat structure thickness. Length of the longest line connecting two points of rod cross-section perimeter is less or equal to flat structure thickness. The major part of each ring perimeter may rotate about the structure edge located adjacent to file rings.
EFFECT: decreased imprints due to enhanced connection structure.
