FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to guide vane (10) of composite material for gas turbine engine, wherein composite material contains fibrous filler, sealed by female die, wherein fibrous filler is formed as solid by means of three-dimensional weaving and comprises feather (12) and at least two fastening arms (14a, 14b, 24a, 24b, 26a), extending from radial end (16, 18) of blade in direction of opposite side surfaces (12a, 12b) of the blade, wherein said fastening tabs are shifted in axial direction from each other. Invention also relates to a method of making such a blade.
EFFECT: making such guide vane requires fewer strand layers compared to the above-described production methods, which represents significant saving in terms of weight and manufacturing costs; and, finally, this method does not require any textile fillers.
