SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Method of producing complex fertilizer with prolonged action is characterized by successively applying a fertilizer substrate selected from ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulphate, urea, an adhesive, dextrin or collagen glue, or bone (gelatin) glue, or albumin glue, or fish glue, or cherry glue, or molasses, or gum arabic, or joiner glue, or liquid glass, as well as mineral, which is glauconite, or mudstone, or aluminosilicate, with immobilized on it microorganisms: Azotobacter chroococcum, genus Nitrosomonas, Nitrobacter and Rhizobium, followed by drying.

EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture multi-purpose complex fertilizer of prolonged action, capable to transform mineral and chemical fertilizers into bioavailable forms of plant nutrition.
