FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method of composting organic wastes of animal husbandry to produce organomineral fertilizer is characterized by that spent manure-litter mass or a mixture of liquid manure or manure with lignocellulose materials – straw cutting, sawdust, wood chips, sunflower husks, moisture content of 60-70%, mechanically crushed to a homogeneous mass and formed into piles with height of 1.2-1.5 m, width of 2.0-2.5 m and length of 5.0-7.0 m, then concentrated or lyophilized culture of nitrifier bacteria Nitrosomonas genus, which is grown on Winogradsky's medium of following composition, g: (NH4)2SO4 – 2.0, K2HPO4 – 1.0, MgSO4⋅7H2O – 0.5, NaCl – 2.0, FeSO4⋅7H2O – 0.05, CaCO3 – 5.0, tap water – 1000 ml, medium pH is 6.5-7.0, medium is sterilized at 121(±1) °C 20-30 minutes, diluted with tap water in ratio of 1:10-1:12 to titre of 12.0-15.0 million cells per litre of liquid, and added while stirring to the mass ground to fraction of 0.01-0.5 mm mineral carrier – glauconite, in amount of 0.5 l per 10.0 kg, and drying the resulting mass to a moisture content of 30-40%, introducing the culture immobilized on the mineral support into the mass of wastes in piles while stirring in amount of 5.0% of the mass of wastes, mixture is fermented for 5-7 days with periodic turnings, to obtain a substrate, during this period, cultures of thermophilic fungi Thielavia and Myceliophthora are grown on Hutchinson's medium of the following composition, g: cellulose – pieces of filter paper – 10, NaNO3 – 2.5, K2HPO4 – 1.0, MgSO4⋅7H2O – 0.3, NaCl – 0.1, CaCl2⋅4H2O – 0.1, FeCl3⋅6H2O – 0.01, distilled water – 1000 ml, medium pH is 7.2-7.3, medium is sterilized at 121(±1) °C 20-30 minutes, which with the onset of the thermophase are introduced into the substrate in the form of a cell suspension with titre of 10.0-12.0 million cells per litre of the culture fluid, in equal volumes, in amount of 1.0-1.5% of the weight of the substrate, fermentation is continued for 7-10 days with periodic turnings, at the end of this time, while stirring, 10% solution of sulphuric acid is added to the substrate until achieving pH of 6.3-6.8 and cultures of actinomycetes of the genus Nocardia and Cellulomonas are added for destruction in the form of a cell suspension with titre of 10.0-12.0 million cells per litre of culture fluid, in equal amounts in amount of 1.0-1.5% of weight of substrate, wherein the cultures of actinomycetes of the genus Nocardia and Cellulomonas are pre-grown on a Waksman's medium of the following composition, g: glycerine – 3.0, K2HPO4 – 1.0, NaNO3 – 2.0, MgSO4⋅7H2O – 0.5, KCl – 0.5, FeSO4⋅7H2O – 0.01, tap water – 1000 ml, medium pH is 7.0, medium is sterilized at 112(±1) °C 20-30 minutes, then aerobic fermentation is carried out with periodic turnings for 10-14 days until achieving flowability of material.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the process of composting manure wastes from poultry farming and animal husbandry, and also enables to obtain granular compost which is rich in biogenic elements, has a characteristic soil odour and is suitable as an organomineral fertilizer with high agrotechnical properties.
