SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the preparation of hot beverages. Selector valve comprises a valve body, a hot water supply channel in the valve body, an air supply channel and at least a first outlet channel in the valve body. Selector assembly is movable relative to valve body for movement between first position, in which hot water supply channel is in fluid communication with at least first outlet channel, and second position, in which both hot water supply channel, and air supply channel are in fluid communication with at least first outlet channel. Selector valve further comprises an auxiliary element connected to the selector unit. Auxiliary element is arranged so, that has specified limited free relative movement relative to selector unit, which makes it possible to set position of auxiliary element independently of selector unit. Relative movement of auxiliary element within its specified limited value of free relative movement is performed between first and second positions of selector unit. Also included are a beverage ingredients mixing unit comprising a selector valve, a beverage preparation device, including a selector valve and/or a mixing unit of beverage ingredients, and a beverage preparation system comprising a beverage preparation device and a replaceable beverage supply cartridge.

EFFECT: increased reliability, reduced sizes and noise from pumps operation, reduced friction between valve elements, increased accuracy of positioning and feedback, increased quality of beverages.
