FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: reverse valve has a housing with a first fluid outlet and a sealing element made with the possibility to move within the housing. The sealing element has a fluid inlet and a second outlet in the first cavity, wherein the fluid may exert pressure on the first surface of the sealing element, opposite to the first fluid outlet. When the fluid pressure overcomes the force exerted by the elastic element, the sealing element moves to the open position. The sealing element biased to the closed position overlaps the first outlet, preventing the fluid flow from the cavity outward, while in the open position of the sealing element, the fluid passage is opened. The sealing element moves from the initial, i.e. closed position, to the open position when the fluid pressure on the first surface is equal to than the predetermined threshold value or exceeds it.

EFFECT: reducing the dead zone in the valve, which in turn influence reducing the risk of bacteria occurrence.
