FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment and can be used in control servo-systems. Electric servo drive comprises actuating unit, on shaft of which there is synchronous motor, synchronous generator and position sensor, made on Hall sensors, as well as control circuit, which includes input device, power amplifier with control signal generator at input and synchronous generator signal converter, made on half-wave current rectifiers. Synchronous generator and converter of synchronous generator signals are made as three-phase, and synchronous motor, power amplifier and control signal shaper are made as two-phase ones. Number of teeth in the group phase synchronous generator winding is chosen to be n=cmg, where mg – the number of phases of the generator, c – an integer; number of teeth in phase group of winding of synchronous motor is selected equal to n=cme, where me is number of phases of engine, and number of teeth allocated for arrangement of N Hall sensors, is determined by formula: n=N=cmgme. Hall sensors and winding sections of synchronous generator of corresponding phase are arranged on teeth of diametrically located groups; even – on base, and odd – on diametrically located phase group.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of output power and improvement of technical characteristics of drive, namely: in increase of motor torque and steepness of generator, reduction of torque pulsation and output voltage of signal converter and reduction of time constant of smoothing filter.
