FIELD: water supply.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water supply. Water-lifting column comprises water supply pipe (11) arranged inside housing (1) and connected to discharge pipe (6) via shutoff valve (2). Between shutoff valve (2) and pouring pipe (6) there is insert (3) with an inner diameter smaller than the diameter of pouring pipe (6). Insert (3) has holes (5). On the outer side of the insert with a hole in the bottom there is cup (4) inserted so that holes (5) of the insert are at the level of the bottom of cup (4). Above the shell there is elastic cover (9) in the form of a truncated cone with hole-breather (10), connected by lower (8) and upper (7) yokes with sleeve (4) and pouring pipe (6) respectively.

EFFECT: simplified design of the device.
