FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Cargo passive exoskeleton with adjustment for anthropometric parameters of user comprises support pelvic element (100), support element of back (200), breast support (300), abdominal support (400), as well as right and left leg supports. Support pelvic element comprises a frame fixed on the frame guide, right (130R) and left (130L) L-shaped levers, first end pivotally mounted on the frame, right (140R) and left (140L) posts of the hip joint, having on one end a rod, and with the second end hingedly fixed on the second end of respectively the right and left L-shaped levers, and fixed on the frame by first right (150R) and left (150L) power levers. Supporting back element includes a back designed for interaction with human back, fixed on the back right and left brackets with guides designed to move the second end of the right and left power levers accordingly, and a rod with one end attached to the back and movable with the second end along the guide of the support pelvic element and inclined relative to the direction of movement. Breast support is intended for placement on an individual's chest and is connected to a back and brackets of a back support element. An abdominal support is designed to be placed on a person's abdomen and is connected to a supporting pelvic element with possibility of their relative vertical displacement and turning in a sagittal plane. Right (500R) and left (500L) leg supports include each femoral link designed to be attached to a human hip, having a support with a resilient material bush in it, into the hole of which a pin of the corresponding post of the hip joint is inserted, shin link, a knee hinge connecting the femoral and shin links, and underheel intended to accommodate the heel part of the shoe sole, hingedly connected to the shin link with possibility of bending/straightening and pronation/supination of the human foot.

EFFECT: invention provides improved mobility of the exoskeleton under load and without it.
