FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: cycloidal gear reducer includes a housing with support bearings, in which rotary flanges are installed, rigidly connected to each other in places of jumpers of one of them, central input shaft with two opposite cams, installed in rolling bearings, arranged in flanges, unloading rings, freely installed in recesses of housing, two satellites with epicycloid teeth, installed above eccentrics with possibility of constant interaction with cogs, pins installed in bearing supports of flanges with possibility of rotation, constantly interacting with cylindrical holes of satellites. Between end surfaces of external rings of support bearings and end surfaces of tie-rods there are stepped bushings limiting movement of lugs in axial and radial directions. In cavities between cylindrical surfaces of eccentrics and surfaces of central holes of satellites there are rollers, which axial movement is limited on one side by radial cylindrical ledge made on central input shaft between cams, and on other side by rings installed between ends of eccentrics and ends of inner rings of rolling bearings in flanges.
EFFECT: improved overall and dimensional characteristics of the cycloidal gear reducer.
