FIELD: mechanical engineering; planetary-cogwheel reduction gears.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method to compensate for manufacturing errors and to increase damping capacity of cogwheel drive is implemented by installing C-shaped elastically deformable segments 11 on eccentric shaft 6 to compensate by pliability radial direction all errors in meshing caused by inaccuracies in manufacture and assembling. Simultaneously loads between planet pinions 7 are equalized, dynamic loads in drive are reduced and as well as noise level, and adaptability of eccentric shaft to manufacture is increased.
EFFECT: provision of reliable operation.
