FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a product for treating anemia, obtained by spray-drying an aqueous solution, containing iron bis-glycinate chelate and alginic acid and/or water-soluble salts thereof, wherein weight ratio between iron bis-glycinate chelate and alginic acid and/or water-soluble salts thereof is in range of 1–2:1–3. Group of inventions also relates to use of said product for preventing or treating anemia in humans; oral pharmaceutical forms for treating anemia containing said product.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides high absorption of iron from the product.
