SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production equipment for frozen cake production. Automated line is equipped with control unit and includes interconnected functional sections for preparation of sponge cake, preparation of sponge cake, preparation of cream, filling and syrup, assembly, dressing and freezing. Automated line control unit includes a group of control panels for input of input process parameters, a group of controllers at each functional section of cakes production, which interact with each other by means of microprocessors according to program logic algorithms embedded therein to obtain output parameters.
EFFECT: using of invention will allow to improve quality of finished products.
