FIELD: fodders.

SUBSTANCE: hoarded potato tincture is added to basic fodder with dry substance content of not less than 1.0 %. Addition is carried out by spraying a thin layer of fodder with a solution of hawthorn tincture with a calculated dry substance content of 0.001–0.1 % of the fodder weight. Fodder additionally contains antioxidants: polyphenols, including flavonoids, vitamins E, C and A.

EFFECT: invention provides higher survival rate and increased growth of young sturgeon flesh.
