FIELD: physics; computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information-measurement and computer engineering and can be used in electrical power engineering for recording parametres of transient processes of variation of voltage and current in electrical networks in case of emergencies. The technical outcome is achieved owing to that, the recording device has a group of analogue detectors (AD) (1-2), a group of digital detectors (DD) (3-4), first and second switches (5,6), first (7), second (8), third (9) and fourth (10) counters, first (11), second (12) and third (13) random access memory (RAM), read-only memory (ROM) (14), microcontroller (MC) (15), timer (T) (16), register (17), numerical comparator (NC) (18), analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) (19), clock pulse generator (CPG) (20), first (21), second (22) and third (23) triggers, NAND element (24), first (25), second (26), third (27), fourth (28) and fifth (29) AND elements, first (30), second (31) and third (32) OR elements, first - eleventh monostable multivibrators (33-43).
EFFECT: increased functionalities of the device due to possibility of recording parametres of transient processes of variation of voltage and current in electrical networks in case of emergencies, as well as during intervals prior to the emergency situation.
