FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building, particularly, to internal combustion engines (ICE) start-up means. ICE emergency starting system comprises hydraulic engine 16, on shaft of which there is movably installed engagement gear 18 with rim 19 of crankshaft flywheel 20 by means of hinged lever-fork 21 by hydraulic cylinder 15. Hydraulic engine 16 is connected via hydraulic lines via three-position valve distributor 13, controlled by electronic unit 23, with two-position hydraulic distributor 9 connected to pneumatic hydraulic accumulator 4 with possibility of charging through check valve 7 from pump 6 of manual pumping or from standard pneumatic system of vehicle via electromagnetic air valve 2. Electronic unit 23 actuates three-position valve distributor 13 and requires connection to crankshaft rotation frequency sensor 22.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of starting energy consumption from storage battery.
