FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to gypsum boards and methods of producing such gypsum boards. Gypsum board comprises a core, said core characterized by a bulk density of at least 1025 kg/m3. Besides gypsum board comprises a gypsum mixture, one or more plasticizers, one or more glass fibers and water-repellent agents in a total amount of at least 3200 g/m3. One or more plasticising additives are selected from a list, consisting of a polycarboxylate ether and polyphosphonates and polyoxyalkylene copolymer in a total amount of at least 2400 g/m3. Method involves preparing an aqueous suspension based on gypsum, which contains gypsum plaster, water, one or more plasticising additives, one or more water-repellent agents and glass fibers, in order to obtain a core. Said suspension is molded into panel and panel is set.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a gypsum board or wall plate, which are characterized by proper water-repellent properties, as well as proper resistance to transverse deformation.
