FIELD: textile.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to production of textile materials, namely to weaving method on vertical weaving machine. Weaving method realized on a vertical weaving machine consists in laying weft threads between the warp threads in a transverse direction in the order defined by the weaving pattern, moving weft threads to the fabric edge, characterized by that control device (21) including wireless communication module is used to set a weaving pattern control program; control signals cause movement of groups of self-contained coils (4) containing magnets (5) carrying the warp threads on coordinate field (1) containing a grid of metal conductors (3), wherein coils (4) move along trajectory determined by control program of weaving pattern; at movement of coil (4) two or more interacting systems of warp threads are formed and threads of the warp of the formed systems are moved from bottom to top, creating counter-parallel movement of warp threads of different systems with formation of one or several yokes; synchronously with movement of coils control signals cause movement of one or more shuttles (6), laying one and several weft threads in formed shed; lifting and swelling of one or more weft threads upwards to the edge by compressed air by means of pneumatic nozzles (8); edge is formed by means of edge-forming rods (14).
EFFECT: high efficiency, ease of use, high quality and stability of the fabric-forming process, high diversity of formed weave interlaces.
