FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: blade comprises a feather with a top, two inner cavities and channel (32) for dust removal from the first cavity passing through the second cavity to the top. Cavities and channel are formed by rod (16) containing rigidly connected elements (17, 18). At least one section (19) of element (18) limits the second cavity of the blade located between the first cavity and the blade top along the span direction (EV). Section (19) comprises through hole (26), oriented in direction of span (EV), extending opposite to end surface (28) of first element (17), outer surface of channel (32) forms in blade. Inside hole (26) there is alumina bar (27) for forming the inner surface of channel (32, 38) of the blade, which diameter is less than diameter of hole (26). Bar (27) is fixed in end surface (28) of element (17). Between bar (27) and hole (26) there are alignment means (29) made of material, which provides their dissolution before the casting of the blade.
EFFECT: effective cooling of the blade top and independent removal of dust from the cooling channel.
