FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Direct start mechanism includes asymmetrical planetary differential mounted on drive shaft and having possibility of rotation around it, input of which is connected to drive shaft. One its outlet is connected to the driven shaft, and the second output is connected to the power clutch, the mating part of which is connected to the drive shaft, and during sliding of the coupling to the driven shaft part of energy of rotation is transmitted through gears of differential, and part is through common rotation of drive shaft with differential and coupling. During slippage in coupling partially locked differential and part of energy is transmitted through differential gears, which leads to increase in driven shaft torque and gear ratio, and after acceleration, the entire direct start mechanism rotates with the drive shaft as a whole. Power sliding clutch is actuated by an inertial or other switching valve after acceleration of the drive shaft, on which it is placed and connected to a rated speed close to nominal, at idle mode of the engine operation.

EFFECT: simplified design and optimization of operation of direct start mechanism.
