FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method uses hot air for defoliation of cotton. At that for scalding of leaves hot steam generator is used, which converts water into steam. To dry leaves with hot air heat gun is used, and cryogenic technology is implemented with application of cryogenic plant for gas supply to nozzle for frosting of cotton leaves.
EFFECT: method provides effective removal of cotton leaves.
