FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for monitoring of flow rate and determination of mass of gas-liquid medium (GLM) component extracted, for example, from borehole. Method for determination of component-by-gas flow rate of gas-fluid medium is characterized by periodically creating in cross section of channel with gas-liquid flow pulse equal portions of amount of heat, is measured in points uniformly placed on the second cross-section, as absorbed by each component in accordance with its heat capacity by the value of the received pulses and the rate of reduction of their trailing edge, then summed measured in all points amount of heat stored by each component, calculating total heat capacity of sum of components and determining weight fractions of each component by their specific heat capacity.
EFFECT: simplified determination of component flow rate in solutions and gas-liquid medium component with limited instrumentation of measurement devices, reduced computational and measuring operations requiring simultaneous execution.
