SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to designs of medical facilities, in which unmanned aerial vehicles are used. Unmanned medical system comprises multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle with control unit, electric motors with propellers, and medical container. Medical container consists of body and cover, comprises biomaterial flow sensors, electromagnetic valves installed in walls between container with disinfecting liquid and container compartments, in which a test-tube with biomaterials is fixed by means of perforated guides, a power supply placed in the lower part of the container, an air filter installed in the cover of the container.

EFFECT: reliable fixation of test tubes with biomaterial and disinfection of internal cavity of medical container compartment at leakage of biomaterial.
