FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises VTOL aircraft. Said system consists of a group of VTOL aircraft with hovering function. Proposed aircraft system includes manned aircraft with ducted propellers and pilotless "flying platforms" with separable rescue equipment attached thereto. Said flying platform incorporates self-guidance, docking and self-locking hardware and that to transfer delivered rescue equipment to emergency object, and can quit disaster zone. Manned aircraft represents flying platform carrier and incorporates means designed to detect and mark intended points of flying platform self-locking, as well as fasteners and devices of emergent separation of aforesaid means. Manned aircraft comprises control equipment for manual and automatic operation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety of rescue operations.
