SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a cross-linkable composition, a method of producing vulcanizates, vulcanizate, molding an article and using a cross-linkable composition. Said cross-linkable composition contains chloroprene rubber, a cross-linking agent and a vulcanization accelerator N-methylthiazolidine-2-thione. Chloroprene rubber contains calcium cations in amount of 0.05–0.25 wt % and anions of resin acids in amount of 0.3–2.5 wt %. When producing vulcanizates, the cross-linkable composition is heated to temperature of 100 °C to 180 °C. Molded article can be a pneumatic spring, a conveyor belt, belt, hinges for hinge of equal angular speeds, balance beam of the bridge support part, wiper brush or diving suits.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a composition containing chloroprene rubber, substantially free of ethylene urea, which has accelerated vulcanization at temperatures below 180 °C.
