FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing solid polymer materials which do not contain auxiliary emulsifiers. The solid polymer material which does not contain auxiliary emulsifiers is obtained from polychloroprene dispersion. The initial pH of the polychloroprene dispersion is higher than 9. The pH is then lowered to 6-9 by adding carbon dioxide gas. The polychloroprene dispersion is coagulated by shearing and/or freezing. The amount of polymerised chloroprene in the solid dispersion can be higher than 50%.
EFFECT: invention reduces the labour cost of the method and improves the quality of the obtained solid material.
