SUBSTANCE: multifunctional soil treatment unit comprises a power facility with a bearing frame, on which right and left-turning plow bodies with plows, dumps and posts are symmetrically mounted, support wheel, rotary mechanism with brackets connected to drive and support-leveling roller, kinematically connected to frame by means of traction rod. Support-aligning roller is made in the form of a frame, on which batteries of sections of needle and knife disks are serially installed, respectively, with driving and driven sprockets interconnected by chain gearing. Diameter of drive sprocket is 1.5 times larger than driven sprocket. Tie-rod connecting support-leveling roller with bearing frame of power facility is made in the form of cardan shaft with hinges of Hooke, one of which is installed on bearing frame of power facility, and second – on frame of support-leveling roller. Power facility front part has the additional frame, on which a fertilizer applicator in the form of a front hopper with adjustable flap and the spreading disk is installed. At the hopper lower side an additional drive motor is installed, on which shaft a spreading disc is fitted. Adjustable flap and the drive motor have wireless communication with control system, which is installed in the power facility cabin. Frontal hopper for fertilizer is divided into three compartments at ratio of 1.5:1.0:0.5, respectively, for nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. Compartment for phosphorus fertilizers has a manifold with number of branch pipes as per number of plow cases. In compartment for phosphorus fodders there is a fan with air duct, which is connected to collector. All manifold branch pipes are equipped with fertilizer pipes, which have additional fertilizer pipes fixed on the bearing frame of the plow. Each additional fertilizer line is connected to the blade of its plow body by means of a clamp. Fertilizer pipes from the manifolds are connected to the additional fertilizer pipes by means of a coupling.

EFFECT: possibility of the main application of fertilizers for plowing with a reverse plow with sealing of nitrogen and potassium cores on the entire arable layer, and phosphorus ones – on the bottom of the furrow with simultaneous cutting of the plowed layer of soil till the fine clod condition.
