SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Manipulator mechanism comprises casing with linear guides, shaft with gear wheel engaged thereon, rigidly engaged with gear wheel drive pin, driven link in the form of lever with lengthwise groove rigidly coupled with mechanical arm and locking device. Shaft with gear wheel fixed on it is located in bearings of rotation in housing and is connected to rotation drive, rack is installed in linear guides of housing, and lever is installed in bearings of rotation on bracket, rigidly connected with gear rack.

EFFECT: reduced dimensions and simplified design of manipulator mechanism by combination of mechanisms of rotation and extension of its arm.
