FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, mechanisms of charging devices used in automatic machines, feeding drives of forge-and-pressing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: rotary apparatus has casing, holder, toothed wheel cooperating with toothed rack, disk equipped with drive finger and rigidly connected to shaft, driven link and fixing device. Apparatus is additionally equipped with two guides, on which guides holder is mounted, said holder being made in the form of carriage having bearings for carrying shaft with toothed wheel to which toothed wheel disk is rigidly attached. Drive finger of disk is positioned within longitudinal slot of driven link formed as one-arm lever mounted on output shaft. Carriage is positioned for movement relative to guides. One of guides is provided with springs arranged at both sides of carriage and cooperating with their other ends to casing. Carriage has restricting mechanism made in the form of adjustable permanent magnets alternatively cooperating with electromagnets fixed on casing. Fixing device is made in the form of teeth provided on carriage and cooperating with mating teeth provided on stem of electromagnets positioned within casing for movement relative to guides.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and simplified construction of rotary apparatus.
