FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to clinical medicine, namely to neurosurgery and reconstructive surgery. Deep motor branch of the radial nerve is connected as an end-to-side with motor branches of the median nerve within the elbow joint. Non-functional deep branch of the radial nerve – recipient in the anterior lateral ulnar fissure is visualized and incised along the lateral border of the biceps. Second branch along the medial border of the biceps is visualized and mobilized motor branch of the median nerve – donor for wrist flexors and superficial extensor of fingers. Horizontal canal is formed in the lower one-third of the shoulder between the biceps and shoulders. Deep branch of the radial nerve cut off from the proximal segment is brought to the median nerve. Defects corresponding to diameters of separate bundles of a deep branch of a radial nerve are formed in perinevria of motor branches of wrist flexors and superficial flexor of fingers. Above branches of peripheral nerves are connected by microsurgical sutures for perineural membranes.

EFFECT: method enables restoring the innervation of the posterior and lateral osteal-fascial forearm cases in the patients suffering a radial nerve injury accompanied by extensive neural trunk defects at the shoulder level.
