FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the internal combustion engines. ICE supercharging air temperature control system consists of turbine, compressor, intake manifold (3), supercharging air bypass channel (6), supercharging air bypass valves (4, 12), charge air cooler (5), control unit (11) and sensors of pressure (8, 10) and temperature (7, 9) of supercharging air. Bypass valves (4, 12) are installed before air cooler and before bypass channel. Bypass valves regulate the direction of supercharging air either by air cooler, or by bypass channel, or simultaneously direction of supercharging air through air cooler and bypass channel. Bypass valves are controlled by microprocessor control unit based on readings of pressure and temperature sensors of supercharging air. Pressure and temperature transducers of the supercharging air are mounted on inlet pipeline (2) and ICE intake manifold (3).
EFFECT: technical result consists in maintenance of optimum temperature of supercharging air regardless of its pressure.
